Dr. Trent Fugere Dr. Trent grew up in Glendive, Montana and moved to
Ankeny in 1979 . After graduating from high school I went to Des Moines Area
Community College, Iowa State University , and completed my
Chiropracticeducation at Palmer College Of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa in
1995. Palmer is the referred to as the "Fountainhead of Chiropractic" because
that is where chiropractic was founded.
During my internship, I studied
under Palmer's head radiologist to gain additional knowledge in the
interpretation of X-Rays to better incorporate structure and function in a
wellness based chiropractic setting.
In 1996 I started Fugere
Chiropractic Center in Perry, Iowa and worked there until 2005. In 1999 I
opened a satellite clinic, Polk City Chiropractic and worked there until 2005.
In 2003 I opened up Country Club Chiropractic in Clive, Iowa where I
practice currently.
In 2000, I graduated from The International Academy
of Medical Acupuncture and became a licensed Acupuncturist in the state of
Iowa. I currently and proficient in traditional needle techniques as well as
laser and electrical acupuncture. We have specialized evaluation and computer
evaluations to aid in our patients care along with the appropriate Chinese
herbal botanicals to assist the body to be well. |
In 2003, I became the 1st licensed chiropractor in the State of Iowa
to become licensed through The American Board of Independent Medical Examiners
as a Certified Independent Chiroporactic Examiner.
In October 2007, I
received specialized training and an Advanced Light and Laser Certification by
Apollo Lasers.
In 2008, I opened Des Moines 1st cold laser office, Cold
Laser Therapy Center, that presently is located in my office in Clive and
compliments chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and wellness care immensely.
