Here's what to expect when you visit us for the first
time.
On your first visit
we will do a comprehensive health questionaire, pertinent X-rays, chiropractic
consultation and evaluation and a posture analysis. Using the information from
the first visit we will put together a personlized report of findings and
determine a plan for your care.
We know that insurance plans vary
greatly and we would be happy to assist you in finding out your coverage for
your chiropractic care. Please fax a copy of your insurance card (front and
back) to 515.987.5865. We bill and file all the insurance claims for
you.
You will also watch an 8 minute video to prepare you for what to
expect with your ongoing care plan.
It is not typical that we actually
adjust on the virst visit. We want to review all the information regarding your
health to make sure we make the best healthcare decisions for you. |
